We do not sell your personal data. However, to fulfill our service, we must share specific data with:
- Music Stores & Streaming Platforms: We send your audio, artwork, and metadata to platforms (e.g., Spotify, Apple Music) so your music can be published.
- Payment Processors: To process your earnings and payouts securely.
- Legal Authorities: If required by law or to protect against copyright infringement claims and fraudulent activities.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information and music assets. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Please note that deleting your account will result in the removal of your music from all streaming platforms, subject to the mandatory 1-year content lock as outlined in our Terms of Service and Distribution Agreement.
